Roma are pursuing legal action against former communications and media manager Luca Pietrafesa.
According to Sky TG24, Roma have filed a lawsuit against Pietrafesa in the aftermath of his dismissal from the club.
The request for compensation identifies Pietrafesa as the orchestrator of several initiatives aimed at damaging the Giallorossi.
The case highlights a series of misconduct, including the concealment of information from management relating to, among other things, “intimate matters.”
Roma contend Pietrafesa’s actions were done to benefit his own personal interests while simultaneously discrediting the reputation and stability of the club itself.
As a result, they’re seeking €5 million in compensatory damages.
