A deal is being finalised between Italian agent Giuseppe Riso and Roma General Manager Tiago Pinto for Bryan Cristante’s renewal with the Giallorossi.
The midfielder is expected to extend his stay in the Italian capital for another three years, having joined Roma in the summer of 2018 and become the club’s vice-captain.
The new contract entails an agreement until 2027 since the current one expires in 2024. Cristante will likely earn around €3 million – a significant improvement over €1.5 million he currently makes.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, the agreement has already been reached and everything is in place for an announcement before the end of the season.
