Roma are in no hurry to advance their talks for a renewal for Nicolo Zaniolo, whose future has been subject of several speculations ahead of the summer window.
According to Il Tempo, the Giallorossi do not intend on letting go of their young star. To that effect, a considerable price-tag has been fixed by the club.
The Italian newspaper reports that Roma will not consider any offers below €80 million for Zaniolo.
This is a clear message to warn off Juventus who have been in contact with the player’s entourage and who are the primary candidates for the 22-year-old.
Zaniolo’s contract with the Giallorossi is set to expire in 2024. The club plan on resuming talks regarding a potential renewal at the end of the season.
