Roma are intent on getting rid of Andrea Belotti this summer.
The ex-Torino striker is not expected to remain in the Italian capital after concluding his loan at Fiorentina.
For Roma, the priority is to dump Belotti’s salary off the club’s wage bill: the player earns €3 million per season.
According to Il Tempo, Roma have mobilized several intermediaries to find the player a new club to join.
The newspaper suggests that Como remain the favorites in the race for Belotti.
In recent days, the newly promoted Serie A side have picked up talks with Belotti’s entourage based on the request of coach Cesc Fabregas.
At the moment, however, Fiorentina are also reconsidering the striker’s future and could choose to renegotiate a deal with the Giallorossi.
