RomaPress – It’s day three of the negotiations between Roma and The Friedkin Group.
The meetings between the parties commenced this morning just after 9.00 local time at Roma’s EUR headquarters. Present were Roma Vice President Mauro Baldissoni and Marc Watts, the president of The Friedkin Group. The group was also joined by Friedkin’s Brad Beinart, Director of Finance and Asset Manager, Brian Walker, Director of Strategy and New Ventures, and Derrick Burnett, Strategy and New Ventures.
Roma CEO Guido Fienga arrived later as the sides met until 12.30 CET.
