Roma-Friedkin: today is the day of signatures

RomaPress – The day has finally arrived. Dan Friedkin will put pen to paper on the preliminary contracts that will tie him to acquire AS Roma.

At 8.00 CST (15.00 CET) in Houston at his company’s headquarters, the CEO of The Friedkin Group will begin signing the preliminary takeover documents. There are over 600 pages of documents that must be reviewed and signed by the American tycoon. The signing of all the documents is expected to take 2-3 business days – with Wednesday being the absolute latest everything will be finished by.

Following the signatures, a legal executive of The Friedkin Group has confirmed to RomaPress that a communication will then be released by the club to confirm that an agreement has been reached for the sale of the club.

“The signatures will take a few days and then next week there will be a press release by the club,” he said.

The time has arrived: Dan Friedkin is here.
