Schick seems more convinced by Roma.
Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that the Giallorossi, who are remaining cautiously optimistic, are, though, gaining trust that they can close the deal for Patrik Schick. Nothing has been closed yet but the agreement with Sampdoria is already in place and with the player having changed his mind and becoming more open to Roma, confidence is growing in Trigoria. In the next hours, Sampdoria will meet again with the player’s agent, a meeting in which Samp president Massimo Ferrero will attend.
Alfredo Pedullá, meanwhile, reports that Massimo Ferrero will also meet this afternoon to define the details for Schick. After Juve called him and announced they did not want to raise their offer from €30.5 million, Roma feels strong in their pursuit of the player. Ferrero is ready to cash in on Schick and is ready to meet with Roma to close the deal, though, they will still need a definitive yes from Schick.
