Guela Doué remains one of Roma’s priorities in this summer transfer window.

The Ivorian fullback is one of the candidates to replace Rick Karsdorp in the Italian capital.

Roma technical director Florent Ghisolfi is a big admirer of Doué and has put him on top of Roma’s shopping list.

According to Il Romanista, the Giallorossi are growing more confident in landing the 21-year-old.

The Ivorian’s contract with Rennes will expire on 30 June 2025.

This could be a favorable fact to the Giallorossi in the negotiation phase, with the player currently valued between €5 and 7 million.
