Roma are working on the addition of a midfielder before tomorrow’s transfer deadline.

The capital club are hurrying to secure the outgoing transfers of Edoardo Bove and Tammy Abraham which will enable them to reinvest in a new midfielder of De Rossi’s liking.

According to Il Tempo, Manu Koné remains Roma’s priority target.

The newspaper states that the capital club have already a general agreement in place with the French midfielder.

In the last few hours, however, AC Milan have also entered the race, although they have not yet presented an official offer to Borussia Mönchengladbach.
