Roma have spent €809m in transfer fees since 2010


CIES Football Observatory released an extensive financial analysis of the transfer market in the big five European leagues. In their report, they have reveal that Roma have spent €809 million in the transfer market from 2010-2018, making them the ninth biggest spenders with Manchester City, Chelsea, Barcelona, PSG, Manchester United, Juventus, Liverpool, and Real Madrid all ahead of the Giallorossi.

Meanwhile, the Giallorossi are third in transfer fees received for transfers to big five league teams, as they’ve received €680 million in transfer fees — as Monaco and Liverpool are ahead of them.
