Roma are interested in French fullback Lorenz Assignon who recently concluded his loan at Burnley.
The 24-year-old requested his agents to find him a new destination following Burnley’s relegation.
Roma – who are on good terms with Assignon’s parent club, Stade Rennais – came forward as potential suitors.
According to Il Tempo, the Giallorossi have yet to present an official offer for Assignon.
However, the capital club already held positive talks with the player’s entourage: Assignon is said to be extremely eager to land a move to the Italian capital.
