Roma have made contact with Bayern Munich for Austrian midfielder Marcel Sabitzer.
Upon his return to Germany from the recent loan at Manchester United, Sabitzer is once again looking to move with Roma being listed as a potential destination for the former Leipzig man.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma inquired about Sabitzer in recent weeks and even discussed the possibility of bringing him on loan to Mourinho’s disposal.
Bayern, however, reaffirmed their preference for a permanent deal which Roma, at this point in time, cannot afford as the player’s wages remain too high for the capital club.
