Justin Kluivert’s time with his parent club Roma is drawing to an inevitable end.
The Dutch attacker – whose permanent move to Fulham collapsed in the final days of the transfer window due to issues related with his work permit – is now looking to part ways with the Giallorossi as he hopes to continue playing with Valencia.
Kluivert’s original loan switch to the Spanish club on the final day before the transfer deadline could be subject to further discussions between the two sides, reports Corriere dello Sport.
Roma want to make the Dutchman’s transfer permanent given the expiry of his contract was automatically extended until 2024 after the move to Fulham collapsed.
Kluivert’s time at Valencia hasn’t been too impressive: only 2 goals in 14 appearances for Gattuso’s side. However, the Italian technician seems to appreciate the winger’s versatility and might push for his stay.
