Roma did not return to the Italian capital following last night’s win over Milan in the first leg of the Europa League quarterfinals.
With less than 72 hours to go until their next match with Udinese, the Giallorossi decided to stay in Lombardy to save their energy and travel to Udine on Sunday, a few hours prior to kick-off.
According to Il Tempo, Roma will be hosted by Monza and will be able to share the Grigiorossi’s training center ahead of Sunday’s matchday.
Finally, the newspaper reports that Evan Ndicka – who has travelled with the team – will be back from suspension and ready to start for De Rossi’s side.
