With Mourinho’s men landing in Japan earlier in the day, Roma are hoping to further improve their relations with brand new partner Toyota and use this trip as an opportunity to expand the Giallorossi brand.
As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma’s training camp in Tokyo will not only result in sporting events such as friendlies with Nagoya Grampus and Yokohama Marinos, but will also look to attract potential business partners and open the club’s store in Shibuya district of the Japanese capital.
The Italian newspaper claims that the Friedkins want to reaffirm their presence in Asia and are planning to hold meetings with several potential investors, who could help the American owners with the naming rights of Roma’s new stadium project.
