The capital club are insistent on getting rid of the Englishman’s heavy wages and are looking to make a permanent exit happen with Saudi Arabia as a concrete destination.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Roma are in talks with clubs in Saudi Pro League and want to finalize Smalling’s exit to enable the signing of Hermoso and Hummels.
