Roma have contacted free agent Dan-Axel Zagadou and are pushing to reach an agreement as soon as possible after the club’s proposal for Bragantino’s Natan was rejected.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the Giallorossi are engaged in talks with Zagadou’s entourage in order to strengthen Jose Mourinho’s backline for next season.
The 23-year-old fulfills the Special One’s demands and is willing to move to Italy after five years in Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund.
The young centre-back has already 85 senior appearances to his name with Dortmund, including 4 goals.
Roma are yet to beat the competition in the form of Inter and Monaco as well as West Ham, who have all made inquiries for the French international.
