Roma are considering a move for Dutch striker Wout Weghorst.

After encountering issues in their talks for Gianluca Scamacca, Alvaro Morata and, more recently, Santos attacker Marcos Leonardo, Roma have shifted their attention to Burnley’s Wout Weghorst.

The Dutchman is coming off an unsuccessful loan spell at Manchester United and, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, Roma have included him to their shopping list for Jose Mourinho’s attack.

The news portal reports that Roma could try and offer a loan deal for Weghorst who would gladly join the Giallorossi.

The player is also drawing interest from Bundesliga and is expected to decide on his future within the next week.
