Corriere dello Sport and Bein Sports have reported that Roma attacker Cengiz Ünder suffered a thigh injury in training yesterday while on national team duty with Turkey. The 22 year-old underwent therapy today with Turkey’s training staff and will not participate in Saturday’s Euro 2020 qualifying match against Andorra. Ünder is expected to re-arrive in the capital in the next 24-48 hours so that the Giallorossi’s medical staff can assess his condition. As of now, though, no timetable has been announced for his return.
