Roma are reportedly interested in Genoa midfielder Albert Gudmundsson.
The Icelandic 26-year-old has managed to impress several important clubs in Serie A since Genoa’s promotion to Italy’s top flight including Roma.
According to calciomercato.com, Roma have asked for information regarding Gudmundsson in recent days – the player has already recorded the highest number of successful dribbles in the league so far this season.
Napoli have also made inquiries for him, but Genoa are unlikely to accept any offers in January given the club’s determination to stay in Serie A and Gudmundsson’s pivotal role in Alberto Gilardino’s side.
The Grifoni are expected to consider any proposals only next summer, with an approximated asking price of  €8-10 million.
