Roma had reportedly expressed interest in Tottenham Hotspurs attacker Lucas Moura following the surprising decision by Nicolo Zaniolo to leave the Giallorossi before the transfer deadline.
Moura – who is only a few months away from free agency – is a player that Mourinho knows very well from their years in London, who considered him a good temporary replacement for Zaniolo.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Roma made an inquiry for the veteran winger, but so far Moura is intent on rejecting all offers, including one from Galatasaray, and wait for free agency in June.
