Roma are pursuing Spanish attacker Alvaro Morata.
Given the difficulties in reaching an agreement with West Ham for Gianluca Scamacca, Roma have turned their attention to Alvaro Morata as the first choice candidate to replace injured Tammy Abraham.
As reported by Tuttomercatoweb, the Giallorossi have accelerated talks with Morata’s entourage and are in close contact with the striker’s agent.
The deal is complicated due to the player’s salary and Atletico Madrid’s demands, but Roma are determined to resolve the situation as soon as possible in order to deliver Morata to Mourinho before the club’s upcoming training camp in Portugal.
