Roma interested in Montpellier winger Mavididi for June

Roma’s winter transfer market is coming to an end, but the capital club seem to be already working on the objectives for the summer.

In fact, after completing the signing of Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sergio Oliveira – besides the much talked about interest in Boubacar Kamara of Olympique de Marseille – the Giallorossi have turned their attention to Montpellier’s winger Stephy Mavididi, reports La Repubblica.

The 23-year-old English attacker can play both as a striker and winger and it is likely that Roma are considering him as a potential replacement to Carles Pérez who has been linked with an exit from the capital.

Mavididi has already 6 goals and 3 assists to his name across 20 league appearances so far this season.
