One of the biggest supporters of Mourinho’s work at Roma thus far has been the legendary Bruno Conti, who is now the head of the club’s youth sector.
In an interview with La Nazione to present his new book ‘Un gioco da ragazzi,’ Conti once again expressed his admiration for Jose Mourinho, putting him on the pedestal as the greatest manager of all time.
“He’s the greatest of all,” Conti said when asked about his impression of the Special One whom he met at Trigoria.
“And mind you, this is coming from somebody who’s worked with the likes of Liedholm and Bearzot,” he concluded, referencing the two most important coaches in Roma and Italy’s history.
