Roma are being linked with a potential move for PSG winger Hatem Ben Arfa.
After the player’s agent, Jean Jacques Bertrand, confirmed to L’Equipe that they have been told the player can leave (“PSG has told us that Hatem is free to leave the club but we have explained to them that we want to do it under our conditions.”) the winger is drawing interest from both Roma and Milan.
