One of the names to resurface after many years is Lucas Torreira, Arsenal’s central midfielder who spent last season on loan at Atletico Madrid. The 25-year-old Uruguayan was linked numerous time with Roma during his years at Sampdoria.
Now, Torreira has reportedly been offered to the Roman club through various intermediaries. Lazio are also in the race for the player.
