Roma linked with Leicester’s Boubakary Soumaré

Roma are being linked with Leicester midfielder Boubakary Soumaré as an alternative replacement to the injured Gini Wijnaldum.

According to French sports outlet footmercato, the Giallorossi are scouting various names all over Europe and have included Boubakary Soumaré on the list of players available in the Premier League as the transfer window winds to an end.

The 23-year-old midfielder has not been involved in any of Leicester’s games thus far this season, hinting at the possibility of an imminent transfer before the deadline.

Last season Soumaré made 28 appearances across all competitions for the Foxes, and could push for a move if faced with the prospect of no consistent playing time at Leicester.
