Roma linked with Marcel Sabitzer of RB Leipzig

With tomorrow’s Conference League clash in sight, Roma are working hard to off-load several names including Florenzi, Pedro, Olsen and Nzonzi. Such sales, if completed, would facilitate bringing in additional reinforcements.

One of the names Roma are currently looking at, according to German outlet Sport Bild, is Marcel Sabitzer of RB Leipzig.

Sabitzer wants to move on from Leipzig and the club are open to selling him. The Austrian international’s preferred destination remains Bayern Munich, despite heavy interest from clubs like Roma and Milan.

The asking price for the 27-year-old midfielder is fixed at €18 million, which is reportedly considered too steep by capital club.
