Roma linked with Shakhtar’s Taison

Roma CEO Guido Fienga and soon-to-be sporting director Gianluca Petrachi have finally found the new manager of the Giallorossi after receiving a “yes” from Paulo Fonseca. The club will now hold talks with Shakhtar Donetsk to see if they can find find an agreement for the Portuguese-man, but now Roma also have an eye to the transfer market to try and find reinforcements for the ex-Porto boss. Portuguese outlet O Jogo reports that Shakhtar attacker Taison is one of the names the Giallorossi could try and bring to Rome as well as Ismaily and Marcos Antonio. Taison (31) was heavily linked with a move to Roma last summer, but it never materialised – the Brazilian managed 6 goals and 15 assists this season in all competitions.
