The latest report by TMW claims Roma, along with the likes of Milan and Sevilla, are monitoring Fabio Silva.
Silva most recently completed a loan spell at PSV, collecting 4 goals and 1 assist in 14 appearances in the Eridivisie.
Before that, the 19-year-old played for six months at Anderlecht, finishing with 7 goals and 1 assist in 19 appearances in the Belgian Pro League.
