Amadou Diawara has been close to exiting the capital club for the past two years – a time during which the Guinean midfielder rejected numerous proposals from Italy and abroad – but this time around Roma are pushing to part ways permanently.
According to Il Tempo, the midfielder didn’t see any playing time in the second half of the season partly also because he refused to consider two offers from Valencia and Venezia.
Diawara recently changed agents – a further sign that this may be the transfer window that will determine the player’s future.
The Italian newspaper reports that Roma will not be taking into consideration any loan offer for the 24-year-old: the Giallorossi want to find a solution on a permanent basis for the ex-Napoli man.
