Roma plan on keeping their star goalkeeper Mile Svilar despite the player is said to have drawn a lot of interest ahead of the summer market.

Svilar concluded his second season in Italy with a guaranteed place in Roma’s starting line-up.

The Serbian shot-stopper was able to convince Daniele De Rossi to rely on him over Rui Patricio.

In the second half of the season, the Portuguese veteran was mostly seen sitting on the bench whereas Svilar started for Roma both in Serie A and Europa League.

His incredible performances not only impressed Roma but put him in the sights of numerous Premier League clubs.

However, Roma are aware of how important a good goalkeeper can be for the success of a team.

As a result, Leggo reports that the Giallorossi have inserted Svilar into the list of ‘untouchables’ – players for whom the club will not consider any offers this summer.

In addition to Svilar, Roma have also placed Evan Ndicka on the list – the Ivorian defender is also guaranteed to stay in the Italian capital.
