Roma continue to make progress in their talks for Canadian midfielder Ismael Kone of Watford.
The 22-year-old player seems to be the favored candidate to reinforce Roma’s midfield ahead of next season.
Roma, along with West Ham and Marseille, showed interest in Kone a while ago. Now the Giallorossi are said to have accelerated in their talks with the player’s entourage.
According to Leggo, Roma have shifted their attention to Kone after struggling for the likes of Frattesi and Thuram.
Kone is currently putting him on display at this year’s Copa America with Canada.
Watford’s rumored asking price is of €15 million.
