Roma are keen on Spanish fullback Ivan Fresneda of Sporting Lisbon.
The capital club continue their search for summer reinforcements.
With the transfer window set to open a few weeks from now, the Giallorossi are busy lining up the main names they are interested in.
Roma’s primary focus right now is to establish realistic signings to strengthen the wings.
According to most media reports in Italy, the capital club will seek 2-3 additional fullbacks given the exits of Spinazzola, Kristensen and Karsdorp.
The latest name on Roma’s shopping list is Ivan Fresneda’s, reports Leggo.
In fact, the Giallorossi are to meet with Fresneda’s agent, Fali Ramadani (the representative of the likes of Federico Chiesa and Jeremie Boga), later this week.
Following his move to Sporting Lisbon in the summer of last year, Fresneda struggled for minutes and is now eager to explore other options on the market.
Roma could represent an appealing destination for the 19-year-old defender.
