Roma are putting all rumors about a potential agreement with Juventus for Nicolò Zaniolo on hold for the moment.

The capital club met with Zaniolo’s agent, Claudio Vigorelli, earlier today and reiterated their intent on keeping Zaniolo unless a convincing offer were to arrive at their doorstep, reports Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport.

Roma are in no hurry to get rid of Zaniolo and for the moment haven’t received any offers for the 22-year-old.

Juventus have failed to make a concrete bid and all of their proposed counterparts have been dismissed along the way.

The Giallorossi will only consider hefty offers in order to monetize as much as possible off Zaniolo’s eventual sale.

If Juve do not come forward with an official offer, Roma will readjourn with the player’s entourage near the end of the transfer window to discuss Zaniolo’s future at the club.
