One of the main objectives for Roma in the January transfer window will be to find a striker who can alternate with Edin Dzeko. Roma boss Paulo Fonseca is keen to find a name who can give the 33 year-old Bosnian, who is amongst the leaders in minutes played this season for the team, a break at times.
One of the profiles Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is keen on is Spal’s Andrea Petagna. TeleRadioStereo reports that in the next few hours, Roma will meet with the Ferrara-based side to discuss the attacker. Reportedly, the Giallorossi are working on bringing the attacker to the capital on an 18-month paid loan with an obligation to buy in June 2021.
