Roma remain vigilant for the upcoming January transfer window as well as the summer one which might see the capital club make a considerable effort to acquire an heir to Rui Patricio who is expected to leave after two seasons.

According to Pagine Romaniste, the Giallorossi are interested in Empoli shot-stopper Guglielmo Vicario who has proved to be one of the most reliable goalies in Serie A this season.

Another profile Roma also appreciate is that of Cremonese keeper Marco Carnesecchi on loan from Atalanta. The Bergamaschi, however, do not want to sell the talented 22-year-old and plan on keeping him once his loan spell at Cremona comes to an end.
