After completing the deal for Ainsley Maitland-Niles, the capital club have been linked with a new name for the defense.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma are monitoring Torino’s Mergim Vojvoda. The 26-year-old’s campaign thus far has caught the attention of several clubs including the Giallorossi.
Vojvoda fits the bill of a versatile alternative to Rick Karsdorp.
It remains to be seen whether Torino would be willing to let the Kosovo international go mid-season, but one thing is certain: Roma want to continue to be active in the winter market after bringing in Maitland-Niles.
