According to the latest report by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma have already secured an agreement with Zapata and are now working to complete a deal with Atalanta.
So far, the Giallorossi have offered €1 million for the player’s loan and an option to buy for €6-7 million.
Meanwhile, Atalanta are seeking a total of €10 million – €3 million for the loan and an obligation to buy for €7 million.
The two clubs are locked in negotiations and expected to continue the talks with the objective of reaching an agreement within the next 24 hours.
