Roma negotiating for Corinthians winger Mateus Vital

Sky Sport is reporting that Roma are engaged in negotiations with Corinthians for Brazilian winger Mateus Vital. Roma sporting director Gianluca Petrachi is currently talking with the Brazilian side in an attempt to bring the 21 year-old to the capital. Roma are trying to find a replacement for injured Diego Perotti, who suffered yet another injury in recent days and will miss the next two months. Vital has the ability to play on the wing or behind the striker as a trequartista and would add a versatile option to the disposal of Paulo Fonseca.
