Roma are not rushing into making a decision with regards to Zaniolo’s future.
The capital club are not in a hurry to let the Italian attacker sign a long term deal anytime soon.
According to La Repubblica, the Giallorossi want to see further improvements from the player in question on the pitch before proceeding with the negotiations over a long term deal until 2027.
The relations between the club and Zaniolo’s agent remain good, but Roma have made their stance clear in not rushing this deal since the two sides met earlier in the fall to discuss details of a potential renewal.
The Italian newspaper informs that the Giallorossi haven’t planned any meetings with Zaniolo’s agent for the foreseeable future.
