RomaPress – Despite the transfer rumors that have swirled throughout the previous month, Roma aren’t considering a summer reunion with former midfielder Leandro Paredes.
The Argentine has been linked with several clubs in recent months due to the increasing likelihood that he could leave PSG in the summer.
Since joining the French giants in January 2019, the midfielder hasn’t managed to find any sense of continuity and was shuffled in and out of the starting formation. As a result, Paredes is pondering the idea of returning to Italy once the transfer window reopens.
His agent, Pablo Sabbag, held discussions with numerous clubs since the turn of the new year—offering him to various clubs including Roma. However, Giallorossi transfer chief Tiago Pinto turned down the opportunity when he traveled to Paris following the capital club’s Derby victory.
