Roma now favorites to land Tammy Abraham

It has been an intense 48 hours for General Manager Tiago Pinto. The Portuguese director has been holding numerous meetings in London in order to complete a deal for Tammy Abraham and more.

According to Sky Sport, Roma are growing optimistic in signing the 23-year-old striker with Arsenal falling behind in the race.

Pinto will remain one more day in the English capital to hopefully finalize the transfer. The director will also hold meetings for valid alternatives to Abraham, in case the deal were to fall through.

Roma want to gift Mourinho a new striker for the first matchday of Serie A.
