Roma are reportedly reviewing all members listed as part of the club’s staff.
Roles and responsibilities – An e-mail with this subject last Monday was delivered to all Roma employees by the human resources office, inviting them to respond to a questionnaire and attach their curriculum vitae.
This message caught some staff members by surprise, reports La Repubblica.
The intention of this is clear – claims the Italian newspaper – as Roma owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin, along with CEO Lina Souloukou, are working to cut costs and focus on the essential part of the club.
Souloukou is said to have grown in her position as CEO – she is the one working closely with Daniele De Rossi and reviewing the list of candidates for the sporting director vacancy.
