With the transfer window officially underway, Roma are planning their upcoming preseason.
Daniele De Rossi will be involved for the first time in the decision-making process on and off the pitch.
Roma owners Dan and Ryan Friedkin have given De Rossi an important role with active duties within Roma’s planning of the transfer market and the preseason preparations.
For the Friedkins it will be imperative to see a Roma team that will be fit from the start, despite the Euros and Copa America engagements for the likes of Cristante, Pellegrini, Paredes, Mancini and El Shaarawy.
According to SiamoLaRoma.it, De Rossi, along with his staff, has already planned everything.
The team will meet in Trigoria on 8 July, excluding the aforementioned national team players involved in Copa America and the European Championships.
In the month of July Roma will face local teams such as Latina.
In the month of August, as already mentioned, there will be no extensive trips outside of Italy.
At the moment no decision has been made, but the focus is mainly on Austria, Germany and England as possible locations for Roma’s preseason training camp.
