Roma ponder move for Atleti’s Juanfran

Roma are looking for a solution at the right back position after the injury to Rick Karsdorp and the poor performances of Bruno Peres.

According to Calciomercato.com, Roma could look to perform an operation similar to that of Aleksandar Kolarov from this summer for Atletico Madrid right back Juanfran in January. The Spaniard’s contract with Atleti will expire this summer and the conditions for a renewal do not seem to exist. Roma are pondering moving for the player in January, something the Spanish club could be open to so they could avoid losing the player for free. The thiry-two year old could be a solution for the Giallorossi.
