Roma are reportedly assessing the situation of Renato Sanches who remains doubtful ahead of the match with Udinese.
The Portuguese midfielder joined the capital club on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but ultimately failed to make an impact, playing very limited minutes due to poor match fitness.
In recent days, Sanches once again experienced muscle fatigue which caused him to miss the team’s latest training sessions. His status is doubtful ahead of Udinese despite not having started a match for Roma in over 2 months – the last time being with Sheriff Tiraspol in the Europa League on 17 September.
According to Leggo, Roma – as a result of the player’s unstable condition – have not excluded the possibility of terminating the midfielder’s loan from PSG in January.
