The latest news regarding Roma’s interest in Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar claim that the Giallorossi are making concrete steps toward signing the French talent.
According to Bein Sport, the capital club are preparing the first bid around €17 million for Aouar whose contract with Lyon is set to expire a year from now.
Previous reports claimed that Olympique Lyonnais are asking for €25 million.
The 23-year-old would be brought in to replace Henrikh Mkhitaryan. However, Roma must also face competition in the form of Sevilla, who are also in the race for Aouar.
