Roma are in talks for Villareal striker Alexander Sorloth.

The Norwegian attacker is the next big name on Roma’s list to replace Romelu Lukaku who recently concluded his loan in the Italian capital.

Sorloth is a concrete target for the Giallorossi as director Florent Ghisolfi has already held talks with the player’s entourage.

According to Leggo, Sorloth is keen on the move.

After scoring 23 goals and 6 assists in La Liga last season, the 28-year-old is ready for the next step in his career.

The newspaper reports that Roma are preparing their opening bid which will amount to 25 million euros plus add-ons.

For now, Villareal are not lowering their demands and continue to ask for 38 million euros.
