Roma President Dan Friedkin has accomplished a personal milestone in the world of movie-making.
The American businessman who personally oversees the interests of Roma along with his son, Ryan Friedkin, has been nominated for the Academy Awards.
In fact, as announced by the Academy, Friedkin has been nominated for Best Picture of the Year, having produced Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon.
Friedkin was nominated as one of the producers along with Martin Scorsese himself, Bradley Thomas and Daniel Lupi.
The film was also nominated in other prestigious categories including Best Leading Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Directing, Best Cinematography, Best Original Score and Best Editing.
